Do not judge and you will not be judged.
Forgive and you will be forgiven.
Give and it will be given to you.

Victory belongs to Jesus!

"Victory Belongs To Jesus"  by Todd Dulaney

An awesome song for the glory of our Lord  Jesus

Who will stand against the Lord?
No one can,
No one will.

Who will stand against the king?
No one can,
No one will.

[2x]
Victory belongs to Jesus.
Victory belongs to Him.

Who can stand against the Lord?
No one can,
No one will.

Who can stand against the king?
No one can,
No one will.

[2x]
Victory belongs to Jesus.
Victory belongs to Him.
Yes, it does
Victory belongs to Jesus.
Victory belongs to Him.

We put our trust in You
Yes, we put our hope in You

[2x]
You will deliver,
You're a provider
I find my victory in You
Forever victorious,
Forever we win
I find my victory in You

Victory belongs to Jesus.
Victory belongs to Him.

Victory belongs to Jesus.
Victory belongs to Him.

A thirsty Canada goose!

It's been a beautiful Sunday, sunny and peaceful. After buying more carrots and kale for our rabbits in Rugeley, I stopped on the way back at the Wolseley wildlife center just in case I'd see the resident kingfisher. Alas, he was not around. A Canada goose caught my attention and I decided to film it. It's a very short video clip that nevertheless took ages to upload on youtube!

Saturday bike ride

I was wondering why I haven't gone on my bike more often this month, the answer being simple, the weather hasn't been that good! At lunch time, I went out but the wind was very cold and bitter, it started to rain so I came back home twenty minutes later. I went on reading a beautiful book called Faith stories by John Sentamu. At about 2 the idea of biking came back so off I went again. Not far, to the next village called Great Haywood. If you cross the first bridge (for the canal) and then the second bridge (for the river Trent) you find yourself in Shugborough Estate. Well on the path that surrounds it as you have to pay to get in. There weren't many people around. The sun was in and out; it hailed for three minutes. I had a great time relaxing in a beautiful environment. Here are a few photos. Have a blessed Saturday.

10 reasons to go biking

These are 1) it helps you sleep more deeply, 2) it gives you a younger look, 3) boost your bowels, 4) increase your brain power 5) avoid pollution 6) it means guilt- free snacks 7) get fit without trying too hard 8) burn more fat 9) spend quality time with your spouse/kid/friend  10) feeling tired, go for a ride. I will add another bonus: admiring the beauty of nature. I saw a hawk by the road outside Hixon, when I arrived on the bridge, a magnificent heron flew over my head, and there were many ducks and swans, without counting sheep and horses.
This afternoon, I decided to go for a ride up to Great Haywood. My reasons were mainly 5, 7 and 10 I came back riding on the canal bank and this added another mile. However it was rather bumpy and muddy in places. I' m so glad I was able to do it since there was no snow (the weather forecast was not quite accurate - for once)
Did you do any sport today?
Have a blessed evening. N.

Let's praise the Lord for his creation.

Psalm 148

Praise the LORD.

Praise the LORD from the heavens, praise him in the heights above.

Praise him, all his angels, praise him, all his heavenly hosts.

Praise him, sun and moon, praise him, all you shining stars.

Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.

Let them praise the name of the LORD, for he commanded and they were created.

He set them in place forever and ever; he gave a decree that will never pass away.

Praise the LORD from the earth, you great sea creatures and all ocean depths, lightning and hail, snow and clouds, stormy winds that do his bidding, you mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars, wild animals and all cattle, small creatures and flying birds, kings of the earth and all nations, you princes and all rulers on earth, young men and maidens, old men and children.

Let them praise the name of the LORD, for his name alone is exalted; his splendor is above the earth and the heavens. He has raised up for his people a horn, the praise of all his saints, of Israel, the people close to his heart

Praise the LORD! Have a blessed week-end!

Beautiful nature, Florida

Loggerhead Sea Turtle

Loggerhead turtles nest and live in the marine and estuary habitats of Florida Bay. These turtles are magnificently colored. They feed on horseshoe crabs, conchs, and other hard-shelled animals, which they crush in their powerful jaws.

The American Crocodile

The American Crocodile is a slimmer saltwater-residing cousin of the alligator. These creatures can be around 15 feet long and have long, tapered snouts. Their diet mainly consists of fish. Today, crocodile habitats are in peril due to several factors.

Wood Stork

The wood stork is a large wading bird with a thick down-curved bill and a bald head. It breeds during the dry season in the Everglades and along Florida Bay when fish are widely accessible. It is the only stork to breed in the United States.
